Welcome to My Kitchen Table.  This is a place where I speak my mind.  I mean really speak my mind.  Or I should say my many minds.  Around my kitchen table sit several versions of me.  My different voices can be sometimes funny, sometimes sad, sometimes filled with angst, and sometimes just a mish mash of thoughts.  It is most certainly a joyful ride for me and I hope entertaining for you.  Read on my friend.

One more thing. All photos of me (obviously not the selfies . . . . ) on this site were taken by the amazingly talented Hannah McMahon. She is inspiring and, in her words, unveils the you that is in YOU. She expertly elicits your inner beauty and confidence.
